THE RECIPE: Join us in Marrakesh to enjoy a fragrant Moroccan chicken dish served alongside couscous topped with tfaya! Traditionally this dish is cooked with a tagine which has a wide base and open-top, cone-shaped lid. As the chicken slowly cooks, any steam becomes trapped in the cone, condenses and returns back to the pot. We skip the tagine in this recipe but a delightful mix of spices, olives, lemon and apricots create a delicious and authentic dish. We serve alongside fluffy couscous and a sweet, caramelized topping made with onions and raisins. We hope you enjoy!
