I would like to buy the 3 month subscription for multiple people, how do I do this?
Please add multiple subscriptions to your cart and in "View Cart", specify the address that you would like each to be sent to and the by when date in the note box at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, email us at
I would like to gift the 3 month subscription and give the first month directly to the recipient on the day, how could I do this?
We are happy to send the first subscription to your own address so that it can be gifted to someone on the day (with the remaining 2 months sent direct to the recipients address). We can also send a branded card with a gift message included to give to someone on the day. Please specify this in the note at checkout or email us.
When will I receive my order?
We ship all orders by mail within the first week of the month to ensure you'll receive them by mid month. If you subscribe before the 25th of the current month, we will ship your order out within 3 business days.
What if my order has not arrived?

Currently, we only ship to Canada and we offer free shipping

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel your subscription anytime. Please note that we ship in the first week of the month. If you cancel your subscription after we mail it, the cancellation will take effect the following month.
What is your refund/return policy?
Once you have received your order, it is not eligible for a refund or return. If you are not happy at anytime please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer vegetarian recipes?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer a vegetarian subscription however from January 2021 we now offer vegetarian suggestions in our recipes.
Will I need fancy cooking equipment?
The only fancy equipment you may need is a food processor. Sometimes we've achieved a similar texture by grating instead but it's of course more labor intensive! Otherwise we use basic equipment however some of our recipes may require the use of 2-3 pots or pans at a time.
How spicy is it?
We love adding lots of different spices to our recipes to keep it interesting and flavorsome.. However we tend to go light on the chili to ensure we can accommodate all taste palates. We recommend chili lovers to add extra dried or fresh chili as desired!
